Data Visualization of Scatterplots in R
As a master's in Education candidate at UIC for Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics and Assessment, Juan has taken a class in R and continues to practice with the language to perform analysis and data visualization for various purposes. Here is a sample of the visualization Juan has created in R, an assignment for his introduction to R class.
Responsive E-mail Marketing Design for Tesla
In 2018, Juan interviewed for Tesla and coded the following email for Tesla's marketing team. The initial image provided Tesla included the design, but Juan created the assets, copyedited the content, and coded the responsive email on his own.
Data Visualization and Analysis in R
This project shows a blend of code written in base R and in tidyverse. While the code here is relatively simple, Juan has studied data analysis topics in the context of educational research. As such, Juan is trained to determine the proper statistical method to use to answer a given research question and is trained to perform and interpret chi square, ANOVA, MANOVA, ANCOVA, SPANOVA, and other such tests in R, SPSS and SAS.
